About Fast Ice
Seventy degrees south, the fast ice is polished smooth. Somewhere on the shelf is a shaft that has refused to close for nine thousand years, and eight men have to reach it.
Fast Ice is a sliding puzzle. Once you start moving you slide until a rock stops you, so every move has to be planned. Find a route to the shaft. From the second shelf there are patches of open water, and sliding into one sends you back to the start. Matching the shortest possible route earns a bonus, and every shelf is guaranteed to have a solution.
