About Testudo
Archer volleys come from the left and the right. Raise the shields on that side at the last moment, because they only stay up briefly. Later, volleys come from both sides at once.
Based on The Unconquered Sun by Cassian Vale, an alternate-history epic of an empire that knelt not to the cross but to the Unconquered Sun, and of a frontier orphan's ascent through the seven secret grades of its cult.
The Unconquered Sun
Testudo is a free companion game to The Unconquered Sun by Cassian Vale. If the game hooks you, the full story continues in the book series.
