About Forty Metres
The spring under Terminus has fallen to a quarter of its flow. The only answer is a new well: forty metres straight down through solid sandstone, with fire, water and stone bars, on the chance of finding something nobody can prove is there.
Forty Metres is a timing game. Strike when the marker crosses the green zone and the bright centre cracks the rock twice as fast. Heat the face with fire first and the next good strike splits it even further. Harder layers shrink the zone and speed up the marker. Reach water before your strikes run out, and the next well goes deeper.
The Cretaceous Line
Forty Metres is a free companion game to The Cretaceous Line by Silas Rook. If the game hooks you, the full story continues in the book series.
