About Coastwatcher
1942. The war has reached Australia's own shores, and from a hide on a jungle headland you are the early warning for the whole coast. Enemy fighters and bombers are heading south, mixed in with friendly patrols.
Coastwatcher is a fast recognition game. Click every enemy aircraft before it crosses the sky. Enemy planes are dark green with a red disc, ours are silver with a blue roundel. Report a friendly or let an enemy slip past and you take a strike. The sky gets busier and the planes faster the longer you last.
The Bitter Pacific
Coastwatcher is a free companion game to The Bitter Pacific by R.C. Thayer. If the game hooks you, the full story continues in the book series.
