About Sleeper Cells
Fifteen Texas cities are linked by power lines. When a sleeper cell hits a substation, you have seconds to arrest it, or the city goes dark and can trip its neighbours. Send your two repair crews to bring dark cities back. If eight cities go dark, the grid collapses.
Based on The Crimson Divide by C.J. Sterling, a ten-book technothriller series about a Soviet invasion of Texas in 1985 and the fight to take the nation back.
